At Vaety, our solutions are more than products they are experiences. Devices are not shipped to your door, instead they’re personally delivered, installed and configured by our team as part of your scheduled setup.

Delivery Timeline

After your quotation is approved and payment is received, we begin sourcing your selected devices. Delivery and installation typically happen within 5–10 business days. If an item is sourced from abroad, delivery and installation may extend up to 60 days based on availability and shipping logistics. We’ll always keep you informed along the way.

How Devices Are Delivered

All devices are delivered and installed by Vaety during your scheduled appointment. No third-party couriers are used, as every device is configured and handled with care as part of your automation experience.

Delivery Areas

Currently, we serve installations across Lebanon. For areas outside major cities, additional time or coordination may be needed, and we’ll be happy to guide you through it.

Product Availability

If a selected product becomes unavailable or delayed, we’ll promptly offer an equivalent alternative within the same price range and always ensuring compatibility and elegance.
