Refund policy

At Vaety, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We believe in creating intelligent spaces paired with trust and satisfaction

This refund policy applies to customers located in Lebanon.

Installation and service fees

We offer a thirty (30) day refund policy strictly covering sixty (60) percent of Vaety’s experience and/or service fees only.

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days from the installation date.

Devices installed are not covered by Vaety’s refund policy.

Each device is subject to its supplier’s warranty and return terms.

Vaety assists in handling returns, but the final decision on device refunds lies with the supplier.

Eligibility for refund

To be eligible for a service fee refund:

  • The request must be made within thirty (30) days of the installation.

  • You must provide the reason for your dissatisfaction.

  • Proof of installation must be provided (receipt or the registered contact email/phone used during the project).

  • The experience must have no discounts or promotional offers applied.

Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will contact you to confirm the refund details and preferred payment method.
